Dave Woolger
Dave is a born and raised Edmontonian, husband, and father. He loves to travel and explore the world with his wife and daughter. He enjoys all aspects of city living from the history and culture to the shopping and entertainment. Dave and his family reside in the Bonnie Doon area, where he enjoys quiet urban living. Camping is one of the many things Dave enjoys because it allows him to spend time with his family and friends.
His love for hockey is not just during the season, you can find Dave skating at the outdoor rinks and playing on his beer league team. A few of Dave’s other hobbies include squash, golf, he loves bouncy castles, RV’ing, napping and travelling to countries that make him uncomfortable. Dave’s absolute favourite food is chocolate covered almonds. He cannot resist them!
Dave’s been a Realtor since 2010, and before that he was designing and building homes. He studied Architectural Technology at NAIT and has designed, built, flipped, staged, sub-divided, listed and sold hundreds of homes. He is often advising clients on the risk/reward of most residential endeavours.
Dave loves everything about his job as a realtor, but especially enjoys meeting new people and helping them buy or sell their home.
Dustin Beech
Dustin was born, raised and continues to call the west end of Edmonton his home. He is a husband and father to three beautiful kids. Dustin has worked in the real estate industry for four years and has loved every minute of it.
He is very active in the Edmonton minor hockey community, having coached, volunteered and cheering on his son, numerous family members, and client’s kids throughout the years. Dustin also plays on several hockey teams and leagues throughout the city to keep busy and active in his spare time.
Another passion of Dustin’s are animals and the outdoors. Fishing, camping and exploring the outdoors with family and friends is where some of Dustin’s best memories have come from.
He is very active with Adopt a Paw Pet Haven, SCARS and Pit Bulls for Life and you’ll often find a few four-legged friends within his home. Please feel free to contact Dustin anytime to see how you can help these wonderful organizations and animals.

Caitlyn Schafers
Caitlyn Schafers has lived in many small towns and cities across Alberta and currently calls Calahoo her home. Growing up on acreages she enjoys the solitude of nature. She finds hiking through the trees and taking a moment out to watch the birds and deer very relaxing. Not far enough from the city to enjoy great food and entertainment. If there are tacos on the menu it would be the item she orders on any day of the week!
Caitlyn enjoys any type of music and will always stop to listen. Summer is her favourite season because there is always an excuse to stop at an ice cream shop. An avid traveler, Caitlyn loves to visit new places and meet new friends.
She’s been in the Real Estate industry for seven years. Working with new home builders in the warranty and sales departments. She is certified in Construction Fundamentals Plans, Specs and Drawings from SAIT. When you find her watching TV it is usually a show about interior design or construction.
She is passionate with anything she sets her mind too.
Caitlyn’s bright smile and friendly manner is what make her stand out among the rest. She will go the extra mile for her clients making sure they have what they need and full transparency with the buying and selling of their home.
Mark Van Eeken
Mark was born and raised in Edmonton's beautiful Southwest neighbourhood of Greenfield. Since then he has owned homes in the Southeast, Sherwood Park and currently resides in the Northeast. He is the father of two sons and a step-son, who are all grown and successful in their own right. Mark and his wife love to travel, camp and spend time with family and friends. When at home he likes to relax watching TV with his adorable Shih-Tzu at his side.
Mark is an avid golfer who even plays in a winter simulator league. Anything to keep the swing fresh in the off season. He enjoys regular trips to Mexico, Las Vegas, British Columbia and the Alberta Rockies, where he is known to strap on skis every so often. With his wife by his side, Mark likes to try new places to eat and listen to live music. Edmonton and the surrounding communities are full of amazing and creative locales. If there is beer, nachos and deep dish pizza it will likely make the list.
With more than 30 years of helping people solve problems and finding the right fit for their unique needs, becoming a Realtor was the perfect choice for Mark. He enjoys getting to know his clients and their families so he can make the best possible recommendations for their lifestyles. Pamela Woolger
Pamela Woolger has been a mortgage broker with Axiom Mortgage Solutions for twelve years. She has a degree in finance from NAIT and is constantly staying up to date with the current changes in the market. Pam has won several industry awards; including Opal Sales Award 2018 and 2019 and the Saphire Sales Award in 2017. Her skills and drive to help others doesn’t stop there; she’s dedicated countless hours volunteering to the BNI where she has served as vice president, a notable networker, and loves referring her other chapter members.
