Dustin Beech
Residential Realtor | Coach | Community Advocate
Born and raised in Edmonton’s west end, Dustin Beech continues to proudly call this area home. A husband and father to three amazing kids, Dustin has spent a decade in the real estate industry, helping Albertans buy and sell their homes with confidence, clarity, and care.
Dustin is also the Head Coach of the U17AAA Sherwood Park Squires hockey team, where he brings the same passion, leadership, and no-nonsense approach to developing young athletes as he does to representing his clients in real estate. His deep ties to the hockey community—through coaching, volunteering, and cheering on his son and clients’ kids—speak to his commitment to building strong relationships and giving back.
Specializing in working with hard-working Albertans—young families, retirees, first-time buyers, and everyone in between—Dustin understands that protecting your money, assets, and peace of mind is the top priority in every transaction.
If you’re looking for a flashy realtor in a three-piece suit and a luxury car, Dustin’s not your guy. But if you value straightforward communication, shrewd negotiation, and someone who’s got your back at every step of the process—all while wearing blue jeans and rolling up in a pickup truck—then Dustin is the agent for you. His mission is to provide a stress-free, fair, and honest home buying or selling experience that puts your needs first, always.
Outside of real estate and coaching, Dustin is passionate about the outdoors, animals, and his community. Some of his best memories come from fishing, camping, and exploring Alberta’s wild spaces with friends and family. He is an active supporter of local animal rescue organizations including Adopt a Paw Pet Haven, SCARS, and Pit Bulls for Life, and often fosters animals in need.
Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, or simply have questions, Dustin is always available to provide guidance and support with zero pressure.
