I cannot say enough good things about Dave Woolger - he helped us find our perfect home, negotiated the sale and inspection findings and sold our house, with absolute professionalism and expertise. He handled any issues that arose in a timely fashion and with little to no stress for us. He was always available to provide suggestions, guidance and set up viewings. If we ever decide to move, buy another property or do anything in the real estate world, we will use Dave again.

We had the pleasure of using Dustin Beech to assist us in finding our dream acreage, and he did exactly that. He showed us a ton of listings and did not pressure us to sell our house first, even with how crazy the market was. (In hindsight we probably should have listed/sold first)
His patience and experience helped us stay calm, when we were worried we might lose out on our perfect pick when offers fell through on our property. But he kept reassuring us and by doing as he asked we ended up in our dream home. We are happier than we could have ever imagined. Working with Dustin for the sale of our home and new purchase was great! He is very honest and explained every step of the sale process and provided strategies to sell and buy for different situations. We ended up with multiple offers on the sale of our home and purchased exactly what we wanted within our budget. I can not say enough great things about Dave. When we first reached out we were not actively looking to buy, but a specific house caught our eye. Dave was really receptive to this.
