I cannot say enough good things about Dave Woolger - he helped us find our perfect home, negotiated the sale and inspection findings and sold our house, with absolute professionalism and expertise. We had the pleasure of using Dustin Beech to assist us in finding our dream acreage, and he did exactly that. He showed us a ton of listings and did not pressure us to sell our house first, even with how crazy the market was. (In hindsight we probably should have listed/sold first)
His patience and experience helped us stay calm, when we were worried we might lose out on our perfect pick when offers fell through on our property. Working with Dustin for the sale of our home and new purchase was great! He is very honest and explained every step of the sale process and provided strategies to sell and buy for different situations.
