So I had the pleasure of working with Dustin while purchasing my new home. The man is extremely organized with great work ethic, extremely knowledgeable and always seemed to make time for any showings or even phone calls. Dustin was great to work with! He was quick to respond when I had questions. When I was ready to list, he had it up quickly and it was sold before the sign even went up! I would use him again and definitely recommend him!

I cannot say enough good things about Dave Woolger - he helped us find our perfect home, negotiated the sale and inspection findings and sold our house, with absolute professionalism and expertise. He handled any issues that arose in a timely fashion and with little to no stress for us. He was always available to provide suggestions, guidance and set up viewings. If we ever decide to move, buy another property or do anything in the real estate world, we will use Dave again.

We had the pleasure of using Dustin Beech to assist us in finding our dream acreage, and he did exactly that. He showed us a ton of listings and did not pressure us to sell our house first, even with how crazy the market was. (In hindsight we probably should have listed/sold first)His patience and experience helped us stay calm, when we were worried we might lose out on our perfect pick when offers fell through on our property. But he kept reassuring us and by doing as he asked we ended up in our dream home. We are happier than we could have ever imagined. We will definitely be recommending The Beech Woolger team to all our friends and family.

Dustin recently sold my place (in less than a week) and helped me and my family find a new place. He was incredibly informative and supportive throughout the whole process and truly went above what was required. He frequently checked in after the house was sold to see if we needed anything and was available anytime we needed him. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a place.

We sold our condo unit through Beach Woolger and would highly recommend them. Dave got the listing out with a great bunch of photos and there were many showings almost immediately. Update 02/11/2021: We worked with Dustin a second time, this time for purchasing a home. Dustin made buying a new home a breeze. Working with Dustin for the sale of our home and new purchase was great! He is very honest and explained every step of the sale process and provided strategies to sell and buy for different situations. We ended up with multiple offers on the sale of our home and purchased exactly what we wanted within our budget. He was always very responsive and attentive with our questions and requests for showings. I can not say enough great things about Dave. When we first reached out we were not actively looking to buy, but a specific house caught our eye. Dave was really receptive to this. There was no excessive emails with places we 'had to look at'. He was very accommodating with his time, answered all our questions, pointed out thing we missed, and made suggestions for improvements all without ever putting pressure on us to buy something we didn't want. My husband and I have been looking at moving for quite awhile. Dustin was informative, patient, accommodating and kept us up to date with the market. When we started looking Dustin said to us "If you give me a list of things you want in a house, you most likely will get 7 out of 10 of those." Well we found a house and you got us 10 out of 10 and we couldn't be happier! The entire purchase of our new home was seamless and we are so appreciative of the help and all the communication throughout the process.
