I cannot say enough good things about Dave Woolger - he helped us find our perfect home, negotiated the sale and inspection findings and sold our house, with absolute professionalism and expertise. He handled any issues that arose in a timely fashion and with little to no stress for us. He was always available to provide suggestions, guidance and set up viewings. We had the pleasure of using Dustin Beech to assist us in finding our dream acreage, and he did exactly that. He showed us a ton of listings and did not pressure us to sell our house first, even with how crazy the market was. I can not say enough great things about Dave. When we first reached out we were not actively looking to buy, but a specific house caught our eye. Dave was really receptive to this.
