We had the pleasure of using Dustin Beech to assist us in finding our dream acreage, and he did exactly that. He showed us a ton of listings and did not pressure us to sell our house first, even with how crazy the market was. (In hindsight we probably should have listed/sold first)
His patience and experience helped us stay calm, when we were worried we might lose out on our perfect pick when offers fell through on our property.
