We keep growing our team and we couldn’t be happier with our newest addition… Maria Mazzuca.  Born and raised in Northwest Edmonton, Maria continues to call it home. She is raising her daughters in the same neighbourhoods she called home as a child.

Get to know Maria…

Why Real Estate?  Ever since I can remember, I always loved going to see homes.  Open houses, show homes, new homes under construction – you name it, I just loved looking at houses for sale.  I have always loved everything about houses from the outside architecture to the décor and interior design elements of homes.  When I purchased my home, I connected with the realtor, and she made me feel that my home purchase was as important to her as it was to me.  I want to bring that same feeling to someone else wanting to purchase a home.

What is your favourite part of the job so far?  My favourite part of the job is that I get to see new homes and to be able to find the perfect home for my clients.  Once we find that perfect home, I get to experience their joy and happiness throughout the process and that is the most rewarding feeling.  Plus, all the great people I get to meet!

 

What do you like to do for fun?  I love spending time with my two daughter and my husband.  I love camping and soaking in the sun at nearby beaches or just going out for a day picnic.  My family and friends are super important to me, and I always make the time to spend with them doing anything or nothing, just hanging out.  I also started golfing again after a 15-year break to raise my kids. So now you can find me at the golf course or driving range as much as I can.   

Favourite food?  I am a foodie!  I love it all!  There isn’t much I don’t like but my mom’s lasagna is the best!  Anything off the smoker or street tacos are a solid second for this girl!

Favourite music?  I love music.  All of it!  I am open to any kind of music, but my top picks are pop-rock, my 90’s boy bands and my 90’s hair bands.  I enjoy live music, anything from a small venue to a large stadium to an outdoor music festival, and I enjoy any kind when its live.

Are you laid back or up tight?  I am a little shy to start but once I get comfortable, you get the real me!  I am pretty laid back and easy going.

Why the Beech Woolger Team and not another one?  I met Dustin and his energy and positive attitude is infectious.  Between him, Dave and the rest of the Beech Woolger team, I know I will be getting all the support a girl can get!

If you couldn’t be a Realtor® what would you be?  A wedding coordinator.  I would get to meet new people, help the with a very important day and be a part of a new beginning.  The happiness and joy when seeing everything come together as a result of all that hard work would be rewarding to me.   I think that is why Real Estate is my thing, I get to help people with one of the biggest steps in their lives.
